At Budget Buy, we are committed to providing secure and convenient payment options for our customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Secure Online Payment Gateways
Other payment methods listed at checkout

All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Budget Buy does not store your full card details.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal and financial information.

3. Order Processing

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
If payment is declined or unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.

4. EFT Payments

When selecting EFT, payment must be made within 24–48 hours.
Your order will only be processed once funds reflect in our account.
Please use your order number as the payment reference.

5. Pricing & Errors

All prices are displayed in ZAR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Budget Buy reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
If a pricing error occurs after your order is placed, we will notify you before processing.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. Additional verification may be requested for certain transactions.
